WAVE Fund
 

We have launched our annual cash drive called the WAVE Fund (We Always Value Education) so we may continue to provide a more comprehensive education to our children while supporting our dedicated teachers and staff.  Our goal this year is to raise $50,000 toward our full budget of over $125,000 and to have 100% participation in the WAVE Fund.  This money comes almost entirely free and clear of overhead making it ideal compared to other fundraisers.  Most importantly it supports art, music, science and technology to name a few areas that would otherwise suffer due to extremely limited state funding. 

That’s right, our taxes do not cover our children’s needs!  We invite you to review our budget for 2011-12.  We have made every effort to limit our expenses without cutting programs critical to the development of the complete elementary student

We are asking you, and every other LCM family, to  join us in contributing to this fund as generously as you are able.  We hope that you will consider making the full payment of $250 which will enable us to enrich the barebones education permitted by state funding.  Ideally we will not have to eliminate any of the planned programming for this academic year.  Should you be unable to make a full payment (installments are welcome too), we eagerly anticipate any amount you are able to put toward the WAVE Fund.  All donations are tax deductible.

Please take a moment to complete the WAVE FUND FORM, attach it to your payment, and turn both in to the front office or a teacher.  Thank you very much!
