Welcome to the Library!
Library Hours: 8:15 am until 3:30 pm
Each class comes to the library once a week to check out books. Depending on the grade level, students also participate in story time, learn library and reference skills, act out fairy or folk tales, practice for readers' theater, study award-winning book illustrations, or sharpen their information literacy skills.
Teacher-librarian collaboration is a strong focus at La Costa Meadows, and small research groups come to the library frequently to work on classroom assignments.
The library is open to all students at lunch on Wednesdays. Students can check out books, read, or play games with their friends during their lunch period.
